David Wayne Harper

Mr. David Wayne Harper, age 20, of Oxford passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019.  He was born December 11, 1998 in Pensacola, Florida.  David grew up on Oxford and attended Newton County High School.  He participated in The Special Olympics and played baseball on the Braves team at The Miracle League.  He was a loving son, brother, grandson, student, and friend.  Mr. Harper is survived by his mother and step father Louise and Brian Siegel of Oxford, his father Jason Wayne Harper, his brothers Jonathan Cooper and Christopher Cooper, his paternal grandmother Anne Harper and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be held at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 2pm.  J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home, 2157 East Street, SE, Covington, GA 30014 is in charge of the arrangements.  A guest book may be signed on-line www.harwellfuneralhome.com.
