Mr. David Manuel, Jr., age 58, of Covington passed away March 23, 2019. He was born January 12, 1961 in Covington to David Manuel, Sr. and Rosie Nell Vaughn who have preceded him in death. Mr. Manuel grew up in Covington and Atlanta. He was a handy man and enjoyed fixing lawn mowers. Mr. Manuel is survived by his daughters Treasure Jefferies, Precious Manuel, and Makiah Jefferies, along with numerous cousins, other family and close friends. J.C.
