Mrs. Elaine Smith, age 69, of Covington passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019. She was born September 15, 1950 in Binghamton, NY to James and Virginia Colley Poff who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a wonderful caregiver, a loving, and kind person with a wonderful spirit. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Norman L. Smith, Jr., her daughter Virginia Daniel, her granddaughter Talisha Boswell, and her great granddaughter Thea Boswell all of Covington. J.C.
