Helen (Milligan) Walden

Mrs. Helen Walden, 71, of Toccoa formerly of Covington passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018.  She was born in Eatonton on November 19, 1946.  Mrs. Walden loved life and enjoyed crocheting and flowers.  She was housewife but also managed several furniture rental stores.  Mrs. Walden was preceded in death by her husband Jim Walden, her parents Lamar and Rosa Williams Milligan and her sisters Phyllis Roberts and Carolyn Milligan.  She is survived by her children Scott Walden of Jefferson, Kristy Loftin also of Jefferson, Tammy Walden of Covington, and Barry Walden of Jefferson her grandchildren Kimberly, Christopher, and Jamie her great grandchildren Keleigh, Caylin, Aiden, Bailey, and Chase along with a host of other family and close friends.

Graveside services for Mrs. Walden will be at 4 o’clock Friday, June 1, 2018 at Covington Mill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Friday prior to the service.  J.C.
