Hilda Frances (Cordell) Little

Hilda Frances Cordell Little, age 87, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Abbey Hospice in Social Circle, GA.  She was born on July 28, 1931 to Mell and Frances Cordell who have preceded her in death.  She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph and Charles Cordell.  Mrs. Little is survived by her husband of 66 years, Paul F. Little and her sister, Sara Maxwell of the Deep Creek Community in Elberton, GA.    Mrs. Little is survived by her children Terry and June, Rodney and Tammie, Debbie and Craig, and Tim and Gay.  She has 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A private family memorial service will be held at the Georgia Veteran’s Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia.  Hilda spent 20 years as a devoted military wife and raised her family on Air Force bases around the world.  The family has ask the lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.  J.C.
