Jack Jones, Sr

Mr. Jack Jones, Sr. age 84 of Covington passed away March 1, 2018.  He was born June 13, 1933 in Andersonville, Tennessee to Lacey H. and Mary Wallace Jones who have preceded him in death.  Mr. Jones was a builder and a member of Full Gospel Businessman’s Fellowship International.  He was a member of The Church at Covington and a Mason.  Mr. Jones enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. 

Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jones and his son Mark Alan Jones.  He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law Mike and Susan Jones of Monroe and Jack Jones, Jr of Covington.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Michael, Greg, Brian, Hailley and Dillon his great grandchildren Breann, Seth, Tate, Houston, Isabella and Olivia along with a host of other family and close friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Jones will be held at 11 o’clock Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Rob Raynor officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday prior to the service.
