Lee Farrow

Mr. Lee Farrow, age 69, a lifelong resident of Newton County passed away Monday, February 11, 2019.  He was born April 11, 1949 in Porterdale to William Reginald “Bill” and Carrie Lurine Allen Farrow who have preceded him in death.  Mr. Farrow was a decorated Marine for his service during the Battle of Khe Sahn in 1968 during the Viet Nam War.  He was retired from Pactiv.  Lee enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Mr. Farrow is survived by his children John W. (Susan) Farrow of Social Circle, Damon Farrow of Social Circle, and Ken (Jordan) Farrow of Oxford his grandchildren Baylee, Beckham, Bennett, John, Emily, Jordan, Piper, and Indie his sister Barbara Farrow (Ken) Brown of Roswell along with a host of other family and close friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Farrow will be held at 2 o’clock Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Rowe officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00pm until service time on Thursday.  J.C.
