Randy Joe Powell

Mr. Randy Powell, age 60, of Oxford passed away November 12, 2019.  He was born October 1, 1959 in Walton County and grew in Covington.  Mr. Powell enjoyed fishing, dirt track racing, and “Tinkering”.  He is survived by his mother Frances Moon, his father Winfred Powell, his son Randall Powell and his wife Amanda, his grandsons Hunter and Slade all of Oxford, his brothers Ricky Powell and his wife Melanie of Buckhead, Rodney Powell and his wife Judy, and David Powell his wife Cherie of Covington along with numerous other family and close friends.

Memorial services for Mr. Powell will be held at 3 o’clock Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Pastor Travis Price officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior the service.  J.C.
