Ronald "Ronnie" Harvey Kissel

Mr. Ronald Harvey “Ronnie” Kissel, age 62, of Winder, GA passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019.  He was born July 5, 1952 in Atlanta to Jack and Betty Wells Kissel who have preceded him in death.  Mr. Kissel was a Lutheran by faith and a member of Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in Lawrenceville.  He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend who enjoyed being with his family and was always involved in his children and grandchildren’s lives.  A strong man of faith Ronnie could always be found at his church where he loved helping with plays.  He was a teacher and taught at the Special Needs School of Gwinnett. 

Mr. Kissel is survived by his children Christina Baker (Brock) of Covington, Kaitlin Kissel (David Smith) of Lyons, GA, Joshua Kissel of Guam, and Joseph Kissel of Winder, GA his siblings Karen Farren of Winder, Richard Kissel (Susan) of Powder Springs, Elinore Trotter of Lawrenceville, and Betty Sue Garrish (Craig) of Dacula his grandchildren Piper, Landon, Addison, Ella, Madison, and Sadie along with a host of other family and close friends.
