Rosy (Diamond) Skidmore

Mrs. Rosy Skidmore, age 82, of Covington passed away Friday, November 23, 2018.  She was born June 16, 1936 in New York to Roscoe and Emily Minor Diamond who have preceded her in death.  Mrs. Skidmore enjoyed reading, gardening, and word puzzles.  She also had an adventurous side; she drove stock cars in New York during her younger years.  Mrs. Skidmore was preceded in death by her husband Donald Lee Skidmore, her son Ricky Predmore and her daughter Toni Owens.  She is survived by her daughters Terri McCaskey (Bradley) of Irving, TX, Jamie Jo Smith of Covington, and Kelly Predmore of New York, her son Donald John Skidmore (Wendy) of Utah along with 2 sisters, 18 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.

Graveside services for Mrs. Skidmore will be held at 11 o’clock Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at High Point Church Cemetery with Pastor T. J. Bennett officiating.  The family will gather at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM on Tuesday prior to the procession to the cemetery.  J.C.
