I am so sorry to hear about his passing....He was a great person ...not only was he my boss he was a very dear and wonderful man to work for........

I worked for Terry at the Belvedere Big Star during in the 1970's, and I remember Terry fondly.  He was such a pleasant person to work for - always smiling and positive.  I remember him hosting several parties for the Big Star staff - he knew how to relate well with his co-workers who were mainly teenagers.  I worked for Terry when I was in high school and later, when I was in college.  He wrote a letter of recommendation for me when I applied for a teaching position in DeKalb County in 1981.  I retired from teaching in 2009... meaning I got that job Terry recommended me for!  In recent years, I've looked on the internet and Facebook to reconnect with Terry, just to say hello and hope he's doing well, but could never locate him.  I've come across at least three other co-workers from those Big Star days, and none of us knew how to reach Terry.  Today, I looked for Terry again on Google and his obituary came up.  My heart sank.  I will never get the chance to tell him what a wonderful boss he was, or how much I appreciated his letter of recommendation that helped me land my teaching position.  I wanted to ask him how his family is and what he's been doing since the 1970's, and I wanted to tell him about my accomplishments in life and about my family.  Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of Terry.  He was a fine man and I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to reconnect.

I just want to say I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Rowe. He was a very Sweet Man. He sure did love his family. I will miss seeing him at the school with his Grandchildren. May God be with you all in this sad time and bring you comfort.

Barbara and family,  My mother, and Marilyn and I, send our condolences to you with regard to Terry.  We know how much he was loved by his family and  friends.  We really enjoyed your visit to California a few years ago.  Terry was so fun to be around.  Terry will live in our memories as the truly nice person he was.  You are in our hearts.  You have our deepest sympathy.  God bless you and your family in this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Terry was the coolest manager at Big Star ever. He always had a kind word for Jackie Smith and I when we worked there. I truly enjoyed working for him, especially when he let me run the floor buffing machine. The Rowe family is in my prayers.

We send our sympathy and prayers on the passing of Terry.  Just two days prior he had replied that he would be at the next Class of 1960 gathering.  We always enjoyed being with Terry and Barbara in our gatherings.  Prayers for all.
