Terry Rowe

Terry Michael Rowe, 72, of Covington passed away on April 11, 2014. He was born in Covington, Georgia on December 9, 1941 to Ray and Rachel (Crawley) Rowe. He was married to the former Barbara Ketchem for 49 years. Mr. Rowe worked at Big Star for 28 years before finishing his career as a store manager at Food Depot.  He was a great pal to his grandkids and loved to take them fishing.  He was always there to support them at all sporting and school functions.  His mother and father, Ray and Rachel (Crawley) Rowe preceded him in death.

Terry is survived by: his wife Barbara; son and daughter-in-law Jimmy and Beth Rowe of Social Circle; and daughter and son-in-law Terri (Rowe) and Leslie Livingston of Newborn; as well as his grandchildren Kevin Rowe, Whitney Rowe, Kassidy Livingston and Steven Livingston. He is also survived by Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Fred and Shareen Ketchem of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services for Mr. Rowe will be held at 11 o’clock Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Dr. Ronnie Barnes officiating. Interment will follow at Covington Mill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday, April 14, 2014.  J.C.
