Carl Blackstock Obituary
Jeff “J.B.” Blackstock, age 63, of the Covington passed away on September 8, 2020. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 25, 1957 to Carl and Patricia Ann Blackstock. Mr. Blackstock enjoyed going to the lake, listening to the radio, loved helping people and “drinking a few beers”. He is survived by his children Tonia Williams (Andre), Dwayne Blackstock, Phillip Blackstock (Brandi) all of Covington; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Along with his children and grandchildren, Mr. Blackstock is survived by his sisters, Serena Terry, Rita Blackstock, Tina McCurley, Annette Parsons and his brother Mark Blackstock along with many other family members and friends.
