Mr. Charles Emmett Bagley age 51 of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Born February 20, 1969 to Robert and Ethel J. Fuller Bagley and was a lifelong resident of Newton County. Mr. Bagley enjoyed working on cars, motorcycles and playing the guitar.
Mr. Bagley was a loving son, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Kesler of Covington; twin sons John (Katherine) Bagley of Hiawassee, GA, Charles (Misty) Bagley of Hayesville, NC, and Eddie (Jeannie) Bagley of Rossville, GA; his stepchildren Crystal (Geoff) Brown of Covington, Rhonda Lester of Covington, and Mark Lester of Covington. He is also survived by his mother and step-father Ethel J. and Robert Qualls of Porterdale; sisters Debra Robinson of Covington, Vickie Self of Sumter, SC, Sherrie Davenport of Covington, Amanda Mericle of Covington; his brother William Bagley of Athens, GA; 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild along with several nieces and nephews and his lifelong friend Emmett Chapman of Porterdale.
A Gathering of Friends will be held Friday, October 23, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home.
