Obituary

Mr. Charles “CJ” Rice, age 33, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023. CJ grew up in Covington Ga.

CJ was known to many as a fish whisperer, he had a talent for catching the big ones and loved every minute of it. He still carries the state record for spotted bass on the Ocmulgee River. He enjoyed playing baseball as a child and into his adult years. At an early age CJ adopted the Auburn Tigers as his college team, which was tough being in Bulldog country.

CJ will always be remembered for his sweet smile, gentle nature and witty humor. CJ touched the lives of so many and will be dearly missed by family and friends. We ask that you spread love and kindness to one another in his honor.
