Mrs. Charlotte Brooks Russell, age 73, of Covington passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020. She was born in Rome, Georgia of February 1, 1947 to Howard and Vivian Marie Brooks who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Russell is survived by her sons Kenny and Billy Ferguson along with many other family members and close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a day, time, and place to be determined.
