Chloe Robertson Obituary

Ms. Chloe Kendrick Robertson passed away peacefully on May 4, 2025, at the venerable age of 85. Born on February 16, 1940, to her late parents Reed and Ms. Bill Kendrick, Chloe's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and the joy of service to others.

Chloe's early years were shared with her beloved siblings, Anna Reed Curtis, Samual "Bub" Kendrick, and Edward "Ed" Kendrick, all of whom predeceased her. Despite the loss of her daughters, Stephanie Anglin, Joy Anglin, and Shari Griffin, Chloe's resilience and strength never wavered. Her legacy continues through her surviving children, Stacey Lemonds Murphy and her husband Ray, and Linda Renfroe Beam, who will forever cherish her memory. Chloe is also survived by her loving sisters, Charlene Stamps and Salil Burrow, her sons-in-law Rusty Anglin and David Anglin.

A devoted grandmother, Chloe's love blossomed with each of her grandchildren: Melissa, Bill, Allison, Kristi, Jessica, Philicia, Phailon, Autumn, Brian, Kyle, Preston, and McKay. Her heart grew even fuller with the arrival of 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter, each of whom experienced the unique warmth of their "Mawmaw" and "GiGi."  Chloe is also survived my numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

Professionally, Chloe dedicated herself to the noble calling of nursing. For over 50 years, she served as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), specializing in geriatric care for more than four decades. Her gentle touch, soothing voice, and unwavering commitment to her patients earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and the heartfelt gratitude of countless families.

Beyond her professional contributions, Chloe's life was rich with interests that reflected her nurturing spirit. She was a loving mama, mawmaw, GiGi, sister, cousin, and friend. Her ability to connect with people on a deep and personal level was one of her most remarkable traits. Chloe's presence was a source of stability and comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

To know Chloe was to know a life lived with purpose and overflowing generosity. Her passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her influence will continue to be felt through the lives of those she touched. The family takes solace in the knowledge that Chloe's spirit lives on in the memories and stories that will be passed down through generations.
