Mr. Chris Strickland, age 58, of Oxford passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023. He was born in Texas on July 10, 1965 and grew up in Oxford, Georgia. Chris was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and was a Georgia Bulldog Fan. He was preceded by his grandparents Clyde and Lucille Jordan, his parents Howard D. and Clydie Sue Strickland, and his sister Melanie Call.

Mr. Strickland is survived by his wife Angie Duncan; his daughter Taylor Strickland; his brothers Tim Strickland (Shelly) and Dewayne Strickland (Lisa); his sister Lisa Cowan (Billy); along with several nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. There are no services planned at this time.
