Debbie D. (Machiavello) Fulmer

Debbie Dawn Machiavello Fulmer was born in Memphis, Tennessee on July 3, 1955, to Anthony and Patty Machiavello.  She completed nursing school at Methodist Hospital School of Nursing 1975. On March 6, 1976 Debbie Machiavello was married to Jimmy Roland Fulmer, a dashing young preacher from Arkansas. Their ministry eventually led them to Georgia where they faithfully served at Shoal Creek Primitive Baptist Church for 35 years. Debbie Dawn was an incredible woman who wore many hats. She was a pastor’s wife, homeschool teacher, play director, midwife and an open ear and heart to any soul. As a midwife she delivered over a thousand babies, and touched many more lives.

Jimmy and Debbie raised 9 children together:  Jeremy Fulmer, Christopher (Kelsey) Fulmer, Abigail (James) Poe, Abraham (Abigail) Fulmer, Gabrielle (John Barrett) Watson, Anna Grace Fulmer, Merry (Micah) Jones, Melody Fulmer, and Moriah Fulmer. She was Mamsie to her 10 much-loved grandchildren: Arabella, Daniel Barrett, & Georgia Watson, Mason Huffman, Tony Fulmer, Nassor, Kitowah, Hannibal, Arena, and Kolvian Poe.  Mourning her loss include the following: her cherished siblings Judy (Zack) Guess and David (Terri) Machiavello as well as 18 nieces and nephews, and 42 great-grand nieces and nephews, who all adored her.  Debbie Fulmer impacted many more lives than can be listed by a life lived for Jesus and that legacy lives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fulmer will be held at 10 o’clock Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Shoal Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 2921 County Road 229, Mansfield, GA 30055.  The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00am until service time of Saturday.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shoal Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 2921 County Road 229, Mansfield, GA 30055.  J.C.
