Obituary

Mrs. Debra Patricia Purcell, 67 of Social Circle, GA passed away July 27, 2023. She was born in Atlanta on April 2, 1956 to Robert and Ruth Shepherd White who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Purcell worked for many years as a warehouse worker for Sears & Roebuck Company. She enjoyed gardening, loved her cats and loved to travel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren. Mrs. Purcell is survived by her husband Claude Purcell of Social Circle; her stepsons Mike Purcell (Shannon) of Monticello, Marty Purcell of Locust Grove and Jimmy Purcell (Beth) of Elberton; her sister Beverly Nasca (Pat) of Hendersonville, TN; niece Jessica Nasca; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren along with numerous other family members and close friends.

Private services will be held by her family at a later date.
