Donald A. Rosborg

Mr. Donald A. Rosborg, age 87, a longtime resident of Mansfield passed away September 9, 2019.  He was born March 26, 1932 in Atlanta to Harry Franklin and Ardell Vivian Griswold Rosborg who have preceded him in death.  Mr. Rosborg proudly served in the United States Marine Corp and was a member of the Marine Corp League.  He worked for and retired from the Southern Company.  Mr. Rosborg was an avid reader, he enjoyed watching television, and loved history and traveling. 

Mr. Rosborg is survived by his wife Kathleen Rosborg, his son Kenneth Rosborg of Medford, Oregon, his daughter and son-in-law Donna and Jimmy Harper of Mansfield, his sister and brother-in-law Sandra and Ed Bierman of Vancouver, Washington, his grandchildren Tonya and Shane Burnett, Danelle Breedlove, Kyle Rosborg, Kail Rosborg, and Brandon Rosborg, his great grandchildren Kaylee, Chandler, Gavin, Lauren, Abigail, and Luke, along with a host of other family and close friends.

Graveside services for Mr. Rosborg will be held at 1o’clock Monday, September 23, 2019 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.  J.C.
