Donald "Don" Kenney

Mr. Donald (Don) Kenney, 87 of Covington passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital. Mr. Kenney was born May 28, 1936 in Kent Township, IL to George and Genevive McKibbon Kenney, who have preceded him in death.  Mr. Kenney worked in metal fabrication sales for W.A. Whitney Company. He loved restoring old cars and attending car shows. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Covington.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Reginald Kenney and is survived by his spouse Victoria R. Orebo; son and daughter in law Jason and Tammy Kenney of Covington; daughter and son in law Sharon and Eric Hillerman of Grass Valley, CA; grandchildren Rellita and Eric Leachman and Jessie Barrington, Jr.; great grandchildren Aasha Kenney and Isaiah Biggers; brothers Bob Kenney and Rick Kenney along with many nieces, nephews and other family members.
