Obituary
Mr. Donald James “Don” Kraudy age 79, of Conyers passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Don was born in Minneapolis, MN on June 18, 1943 to Benjamin and Eleanor Kraudy. He was an Operational Manager with National Data Corporation. He was a huge Atlanta Braves fan, enjoyed fishing, tinkering, and could fix anything. Mostly, he loved his family and was considered by them to be a “Quiet and Gentle Giant”. He was also a member of Saint Pius Catholic Church. He proudly served his country in The United States Air Force.
Along with his parents, Mr. Kraudy is preceded in death by his son William (Billy) Kraudy, his brother Joseph Michael Kraudy, and his stepdaughter Stacy Roache. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 1/2 years, Gladys Smith Kraudy; children Mary Jo Kraudy (Michelle), Scott Kraudy, Joe Kraudy (Cyndi), Theresa LaCotti (Nick), Cindy Schmeider (Andy), Ashley Waldron, Allison Greathouse, Lisa Anthony (Matt), Michael Kelley (Allison), and brother-in-law Larry “Skip” Smith (Helen) along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A private service will be held by the family.
