Dr. Robert (Bob) Remes Obituary

Dr. Robert Remes, age 84, of Covington passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was born December 30, 1938 to Floyd and Eunice Remes. Dr. Remes grew up in Harpersville, Alabama and then went on to attend Marion Military Academy and Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Remes worked and served the Covington community with his practice for 57 years. He was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge. Dr. Remes was a member of Gaithers United Methodist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors and working on his property, traveling with his wife, riding motorcycles and go carts with his son and daughter in law. Dr. Remes has been preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Eunice Remes and his wife Betty Ann Remes.

Dr. Remes is survived by his sons Paul Campbell (Brenda) and Troy Remes (Michelle); his grandchildren Keith, Katelyn, and Kevin; his sister Carolyn Adcock; and his nephew Scott Adcock. J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services.
