Mr. Frederick Heil, age 60, of Loganville, Georgia passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 peacefully at his home. He was born in Mount Kisco, New York on March 31, 1961 to George and Fay Heil who have preceded him in death. Fred grew up in Georgia and was a graduate of Newton County High School. He was a family man who loved and cherished his children and grandchildren. Fred was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed all things hunting and fishing. He helped anyone in need even if it meant putting their needs over his. Fred had a big heart, was caring, loving, and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his children, Jason Bryant Heil (Anita), Melissa Heil Kirkland (Kenneth), Kristen Heil Vineyard (Bruce), Jessica Pitts; grandchildren, Bobby Kirkland (Lynn), Timmy Kirkland (Helena), Donny Kirkland (Brandy), Shelby and Cody Holmes, Andy and Joey Kirkland, Matthew and Luke Heil, Madison and Bruce Vineyard III; five great-grandchildren with one on the way; siblings, Linda Resto (Angelo), Gary Heil (Phyllis), Terri Thomas (Roger), Tom Larson (Sandi), Todd Heil (Betty), Paul Heil (Tammy), Steve Heil (Kristin); numerous nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and close friends.
A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of J.C. Harwell & Son Funeral home on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 4 o’clock with Brother Larry Cannon and Michael Occhipinti officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 1, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
