Mrs. Janice “Faye” Miller, age 76, of Conyers passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024. She was born March 20, 1948 in Decatur to John and Mildred Camp who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Miller grew up in Conyers and graduated from Rockdale High School. She enjoyed going to yard sales, attending her children and grandchildren’s ball games, telling corny jokes, and “Galivanting”.
Mrs. Miller was Methodist by faith and a longtime member of Philadelphia Methodist Church where she enjoyed fellowshipping with her church family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Miller, her sisters Jimmie Quoss, and Myrna Gilmore.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Joanne Miller; her daughter and son-in-law Gina and Greg Minter; her grandchildren Avery, Kinzlie, and Jesse; her brothers Roger Camp and Jack Camp; her sister Lynn Alexander; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends.
Funeral service for Mrs. Miller will be held at 1 o’clock Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend David Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 1176 Pleasant Hill Road NW, Conyers, GA 30012. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday prior to the service. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund: Jerry Ragsdale 3890 Irwin Bridge Road Conyers, Georgia 30012.
