Mr. Jimmy Sullo, age 62, of Hoschton passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022. He was born June 25, 1960 in Fairfax, Virginia to Edward and Patricia O’Keefe Sullo who have preceded him in death. Jimmy grew up in Conyers and attended both Rockdale High School and Heritage High School and studied at Dekalb Technical College. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR, watching the Georgia Bulldogs, riding his Harley, and loved his job at Delta Airlines. Of all the things Jimmy loved he loved his family more than anything and cherished the time he spent with them. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Bill and Eddie Sullo, and his son Daniel Sullo.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Caron Sullo; his sons Chad Sullo (Susie) of Eastover, NC, and Michael Sullo (Nicole) of Hoschton; his grandchildren Brooke, Wesley, Truett, Taylor, and Shayne; his sisters Elena Brownlee of Statham, and Maria McClure of Commerce; along with numerous nieces, nephews, a host of other family and friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Georgia Wildlife Federation, 11600 Hazelbrand Road, Covington, GA 30014 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, a Humane Society of your choice, or to Edward and Patricia O’Keefe Sullo Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of Jimmy Sullo, www.tsfofwakefield.org.
