Johnnie Ruth (Corley) Corley

Ms. Johnnie Ruth Corley, age 72, of Covington passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  She was born in Porterdale on September 15, 1948 to Otis Lee Corley Sr. and Aslee Crowe Corley.  Ms. Corley enjoyed writing, sewing, crocheting, knitting, cooking, and coloring books.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and being one of eight children, she was also predeceased by her siblings; Otis Corley, Jr, Mary Corley, Larry Corley, Hazel Corley, Julie Woodruff, and Cassie Corley.  Ms. Corley is survived by her brother Rickie Corley and his wife Robbie of Covington along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.

Graveside services for Ms. Corley will be held at 2:30pm on Friday, June 5, 2020 at Porterdale Baptist Cemetery with Reverend Danny Harrell officiating.  The family will receive friends at J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 2:00pm om Friday prior to the service.
