Kathy (Lummus) Pilgrim

Mrs. Kathy Pilgrim, age 66, of Covington passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020.  She was born December 31, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio to Clinton Cornelious and Lola Ruth Adams Lummus who have preceded her in death.  Mrs. Pilgrim drove a school bus for Butts County and loved being around children.  She attended Light of Calvary Church and enjoyed fishing, camping, arts and crafts especially sewing.  Mrs. Pilgrim is survived by her husband of 40 years Harold Pilgrim, 5 children, 3 step-children, a host of grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pilgrim will be held at 2 o’clock Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Brother Kenneth Hawkins and Reverend Brian Kitchens officiating.  Interment will follow at New Covington Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12pm until 2pm prior to the service on Thursday.  J.C.
