Kenneth Darnell Arnold

Mr. Kenny Arnold, age 63, of Oxford passed away Friday, May 21, 2021.  He was born June 15, 1957 in Sheffield, Alabama.  Kenny grew up in Sheffield and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church.  He graduated in 1975 from Sheffield High School and went on to serve three years in the United States Army.  Kenny was an electrician by trade and enjoyed fishing.   He was preceded in death by his father Durie Arnold and his brother Ronald G. Arnold. 

Mr. Arnold is survived by his mother Claudia Arnold of Stonecrest, his wife Carolyn Roberson of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, his son Corey Arnold of Oxford, his siblings Carol Arnold of Stonecrest, Marilyn Arnold of Stonecrest, Steven Arnold of Dickson, TN, Durrell Arnold of Oxford, Katrina Maben (Jeff) of Covington, and Nepsie Johnson Arnold (Ronald) of Cleveland, TN along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Arnold will be held Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Chapel of Georgia Veterans Cemetery in Milledgeville.  J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home, TE Davis Funeral Services, 2157 East Street, SE, Covington, GA 30014.

As of April 8, 2021, Governor Brian Kemp has lifted the restrictions for large gatherings and other recommendations throughout Georgia.  However, we ask that you still be respectful of the family and others during this time. If you are sick, not feeling well, or have any symptoms of COVID 19, please do not attend the service or services.  If you feel the need to wear a mask, please do so.
