Mrs. Lee Reynolds passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on April 29, 1957, Lee lived a vibrant life marked by her infectious laughter, boundless energy, and an unwavering devotion to her loved ones.
Lee's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the countless moments she shared with her family and friends. She was married to her cherished husband, Perry Reynolds, for 35 beautiful years, a partnership filled with adventure, support, and mutual respect. Lee also leaves behind her daughter, Catherine McCaskill and her son, James Reynolds. In addition, she leaves behind her “additional son” Houston Mays.
As a grandmother, Lee was nothing short of extraordinary. Her grandchildren, Destiny Stone, Ebony McCaskill, and Trinity McCaskill, were the light of her life. She nurtured them with stories, taught them the joy of dance, and shared with them her love for the beach.
Lee's brother, Chip Neill, 15 years her senior, was a wonderful role model. Although her parents, Charlie and Routh Neill, preceded her in death, the values they imparted live on through Lee's actions and the family she so dearly loved.
An undeniable presence, Lee was often the center of attention, not by design, but because her personality drew people in. Whether it was dancing the night away, engaging in heartfelt conversations, or simply enjoying the serenity of the beach, she made every moment count. Her cat, Cali, was her faithful companion, often found curled up in her lap, basking in the warmth of her affection.
Lee's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her, but her spirit will continue to inspire those she left behind. Her ability to find joy in the smallest things, to turn a routine day into a celebration, and to make every person she met feel like the most important person in the world are gifts that will not be forgotten.
The celebration of Lee’s life will be announced at a later date. J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with these services.
