Obituary
Mrs. Linda Pace, age 64, of Covington passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023. She was born in Dayton, Ohio to Raymond and Dorothea Deboard Mayer who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Pace grew up in Covington. She enjoyed remodeling trailers and loved being around people especially children. Linda was a loving wife, mother grandmother, sister, and friend. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Paul Mayer; and her sister Betty Koon.
Mrs. Pace is survived by her husband Alex Pace; her children Michael Lewis of St. Mary’s, GA, Darla Blackstock (Scott) of Covington, and Melissa Jones (Jason) of Jesup, GA; her grandchildren Chelsea, Erin, Myles, Phoebe, Wyatt, Isaiah, and Adeline; her sister Barbara Stapp (Jimmy); as well as numerous other family members and friends. Memorial services are pending at this time. J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services.
