Mrs. Lisa Fox, age 53, passed away September 4, 2021. She was born May 23, 1968 to John Bates and Nellie Gallops who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Fox was known as “Mrs. Click-it” because she always had a camera in someone’s face. She was a photographer and enjoyed capturing moments of her family. Mrs. Fox loved her family more than anything else, especially Holidays. She was a great cook and baker. Her family said that she lived to cook for all of them. Mrs. Fox was also a member of Baptist Tabernacle of Covington. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her soul mate, Ted Unthank; granddaughter, Americas Bates; and sister, Sharon Rodriguez.
Mrs. Fox is survived by her children, Courtney Bates (Cody), Joshua Fox, Dakotah Gossett, Victoria Gossett; grandchildren, Bailey Bates, Kymberlyn Fox, Able Bates; siblings, Priscilla Gandy (Robert), Sherry Sharp (Don), Nancy Price (Billy), Michael McDaniel; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
