Margaret "Peggy" Spears Obituary

She moved from her home in Dover, Delaware to Mansfield, Georgia when she was a just a 21 year old bride, and she lived in Newton County for the rest of her 94 years. But always in her heart, Delaware was home. Now Margaret Louise Burger Spears (Peggy to her family and friends), will have a new “forever” home. On May 8th she joined her husband of 61 years and so many other family members and friends in a place of comfort, joy and eternal peace.

Her children Selma and Archie Andrews, Betty Jean and Billy Blair, Pete and Marcia Spears, her grandchildren Sharon Enoch (Ed), Stacey Andrews, Angie Blair, Lacey Creech (Matt), Joshua Spears (Ashley), and her seven great-grandchildren will share their memories in private and see her peacefully at rest beside her husband at Carmel Cemetery in Mansfield, GA. (Contributions to Mansfield Methodist Church in her memory are welcomed.)
