Mrs. Melba Haygood, age 92, of Covington passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025. She was born August 14, 1933, in Atlanta to John and Susie Hightower who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Haygood was retired from Bellsouth where she worked as a telecommunications operator for many years. There are no public services planned at this time.
