Melinda Ann (Kitchens) Terrell

Mrs. Melinda Ann Terrell, age 63, of Newborn passed away November 16, 2023.  She was born April 13, 1960 in Conyers to Carl and Lucy Kitchens who have preceded her in death.  Mrs. Terrell grew up in Conyers and graduated from Rockdale County High School.  She loved hummingbirds, going to the mountains and Disney World, gardening, being with her family especially her grandchildren.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Kitchens.

Mrs. Terrell is survived by her husband of 46 years Ricky Terrell; her children Rick Terrell (Sara) of Covington, and Ryland Terrell (Michelle) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren Alex, Anastasia, and Aiden; her sister Cathy Blair; her brothers Gary Kitchens, Cary Kitchens, and Terry Kitchens; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Terrell will be held at 2 o’clock Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 19, 2023.
