Mr. Phil Parish, age 40, of Covington passed away Monday, June 14, 2021. He was born in Monroe on November 7, 1980 to Phil and Myrt Parish. Phil grew up in Covington and Mansfield and worked as a crane operator. He was a loving kind husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and friend. Phil had a passion for music and loved to play the drums. He was a Christian and was a member of The River Church.
Mr. Parish is survived by his wife Carrie Parish, his children J.J. Parish and Heidi Parish, his parents Phil and Myrt Parish of Covington his sisters Lisa Parish of Covington, and Sonya Tanner (Cary) of Madison along with a host of other family and close friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Parish will be held 12:00pm, Friday, June 18, 2021 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son with Reverend Brian Brock and Reverend J.B. Leachman officiating. Interment will follow at New Covington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00am Friday until service time. J.C.
