Phyllis L. Colby

Phyllis L. Colby, age 90 of Covington formerly of N. Chelmsford, Massachusetts passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021.  She was born October 29, 1931 in Manchester, Connecticut to Herbert and Agnes Colby who have preceded her in death.  Ms. Colby worked for Raytheon Corporation for 35 years as an office manager.  She was an avid reader, who traveled extensively, and enjoyed going out to eat.  Along with her parents Ms. Colby was preceded in death by her son David Tousignant.  She is survived by her son Ray Tousignant (Sarah) of Covington; her grandchildren Lauren Tousignant, and Olivia Tousignant; her step granddaughter Erica Skrobot (Drew) of Covington; her step great grandchildren Elliott and Caroline; along with numerous other family and close friends.  No services are planned at this time.  J.C.
