Roger Dale Cupit Sr., age 64, passed away on May 20, 2026. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on September 27, 1961, to Mervin & Irene Cupit. Roger moved to Buckhead, GA in the mid to late 80's. He was a man whose life was built on hard work, strength, loyalty, and love for the people around him.

He dedicated most of his life to his craft as a master carpenter. With determination and pride in everything he built, he eventually achieved his dream of owning his own business, RD & Company LLC. Framers Extraordinaire, in Madson, Georgia.  He was respected not only for the quality of his work, but for the kind of man he was — honest, dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Beyond his work, Roger found joy in the simple things that mattered most: family, friendship, laughter, and the open road. As a proud member of the Dying Breed Riding Club, he formed deep bonds and lifelong friendships that meant the world to him. The memories he created, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave will continue to live on through all who knew and loved him. 

 He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, resilience, loyalty, and love that will never be forgotten. Roger is survived by his Girlfriend Terry Breedlove, Daughters; Crystal Cressionnie, Tiffanie Springfield (Taylor) his son Roger Dale Cupit Jr. (Samantha). Grandchildren; Gavyn Cressionnie, Brianna Cressionnie, Jennifer Ballard, Leah Nieto, Toni Chambers, Sierra Latil, Isabella Ballard, Antonio Ballard Jr., Audriana Cupit, Keynan Cupit, Drake Springfield, And Blakeleigh Springfield. Great Grandson Bentley Scardina and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a countless amount of friends.

Roger is proceeded in death by his parents, his wife Naomi Craddok, brother David Cupit, son Antonio Ballard, and grandson Guage Cupit. Roger will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered. 

A Celebration of Life will be from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2026, located at 185 East Dixie Highway Rutledge, GA 30663.
