Rosa C. (Pickett) Sarrett

Mrs. Rosa C. Pickett Sarrett, age 96, of Atlanta formerly of Oxford passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at St. Anne’s Terrace in Atlanta.  She was born May 16, 1923 in Oxford to John W. and Bessie L. Dorsey Pickett who have preceded her in death.  Mrs. Sarrett was a member of Allen Memorial Untied Methodist Church during her years in Oxford.  A memorial service will be held at 4 o’clock Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Natalie Faulkner officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM prior to the service.  The family has selected J.C.
