It is with a saddened heart that we announce the passing of Scott Garrett. He passed peacefully on July 19, 2024, surround by his loved ones. He was 59 years old and will be greatly missed. He is now at rest with his LORD.  He is survived by his father, Harold Garrett (Delaine); his siblings, Wendell Garrett and Teresa Jones; his children, Brittany (Matt), Brandon (Chelsea), and Chase (Ansleigh); and his grandchildren, Cruz, Cash, Joanna, Martha June, Charleigh, Maisey, and Hayes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by mother, Della Mae Fultz (Rex). We remember Scott for his infectious smile and great sense of humor that could light up any room. He loved the outdoors and spent his time hunting, fishing, and whittling wood. He cherished moments with family, playing with his grandchildren, and discussing cars.

Funeral Services for Scott will be held at 2 o'clock on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Almon Baptist Church located at 121 Almon Road Covington, GA 30014. Interment will follow at Almon Baptist Church Cemetery.
