Sue (Richardson) Kimsey

Sue Kimsey of Stockbridge, GA, passed from this world on December 15, 2020.  A native of Atlanta, she was born to loving parents Inez and Frank Richardson, attended elementary through High school in the West End, and attended Georgia State University.  She and her family moved to Rockdale County in 1981.  Since that time, she has been an active member of Union United Methodist Church, where she was befriended and loved by some of the finest people on this earth.  She was preceded on the path to heaven by her husband, Bill Kimsey, in 1985 and her love of 25 years, Bob Renshaw, in November 2020.  Despite the loss of her husband, she raised three teenage boys, keeping them mostly in line.  She is survived by her sons Robert, David, and Mike, her daughters-in-law Tammy and Robin, and her grandchildren Will, Kaylee, Caroline and Hannah whom she loved great big bunches.  A memorial is not planned at this time.  In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to the Winship Cancer Center to help in the battle against ALL cancers.  J.C.
