Susan Molkentin, born December 31, 1944, passed away peacefully at the home of her sisters Robyn Bowen & Wendy Harrington in Covington where she has lived since 2020.  She is survived by her sons Gilbert Molkentin of Woodbury (TN), Roy Molkentin of Mastic (NY) & Steven Molkentin of Manorville (NY); older sister & her husband, Linda & Roger Pflug; nieces & nephews, Lisa Dacosta, Jimi Pflug & Brittany Harrington, all of Covington. She was a lifelong lover & supporter of animals, especially dogs, so any donations can be made to the animal rescue of your choice.  Wendy & Robyn are happy to say they were able to accompany Susan on her “bucket list” trip to Alaska in 2016 where they had many adventures, including a ride with a dogsled team at their camp on top of a glacier!
