Tara Lavigne Fulcher, age 65, of Jefferson passed away Friday, April 10, 2020. She was born September 4, 1954 in Glenmore, Louisiana to Harry and Myrtle Johnson Lavigne who have preceded her in death. Tara is survived by Jerry Fulcher of Jefferson, her four children Becky Forte, Butch Rayburn, Maggie Cofer, and Eddie Rayburn, her sister Marla Jo Langford, and Valeria Cox of along with many other family and close friends.
