Timmy Lee Strange passed away on June 8, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of adventure, creativity, and love that will be remembered by all who knew him.

Timmy was the beloved son of Charlie T. and Sadie Strange, both of whom preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Dana and Tony Strange. He is survived by his children, Shane, Jeff, Lee, and Ashley, who were a source of great pride and joy in his life. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy Kite, and by his niece and nephew, Dwayne and Tiffany. Timmy also leaves behind numerous other family members and many close friends who will cherish his memory and the many ways he touched their lives.

For many years, Timmy worked as a carpet installer, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dependable nature, and the care he brought to every job. He took pride in doing his work well and earned the respect of those who knew him professionally. His hands were skilled, and his presence was steady, reflecting the kind of man he was in all areas of life.

Timmy was also a gifted artist who loved to draw. Creativity was one of the defining parts of his personality, and he found joy in expressing himself through his artwork. He had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed the freedom of riding his motorcycle and driving his Camaro. These passions reflected his love of the open road and the excitement of life lived on his own terms.

He also enjoyed watching westerns and Elvis movies, pastimes that brought him comfort and entertainment. Whether he was spending time with family, enjoying his favorite films, or pursuing one of his many interests, Timmy lived with a heart that was loving and full of character. Those who knew him best will remember his warm presence, his sense of individuality, and the genuine care he showed to others.

Timmy will be remembered as an adventurous, creative, and loving man whose life was marked by hard work, personal expression, and devotion to the people he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of his children, sister, extended family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to share in his life. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain a lasting comfort to those who mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Timmy will be held at 2 o’clock, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Covington City Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service.
