Tracy Lynne Falgout passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on December 17, 1963, in Birmingham, Alabama, Tracy grew up to be a beacon of love and creativity, touching the lives of many with her warmth and talent.
Tracy was a beloved daughter to her late parents, Huey and Dorothy Falgout, and a caring sister to her late brother, Paul. Tracy found her soulmate early in life, in the form of her childhood friend, Chip McCain. Their enduring friendship blossomed into a loving partnership that spanned two decades, a testament to their shared history and unwavering commitment to each other.
Tracy's legacy continues through her cherished family. She is survived by her devoted partner, Chip McCain, and her loving children: Kristin Carter (Thomas), Trinah Falgout Kulp (Elias), and Jordan Hicks. Tracy's joy was multiplied by her grandchildren, Sean, Grissom, Wesley, and Sebastian Carter, and Olivia, Ilyanah, and Ephraim Kulp, who will carry the spark of her spirit forward. She is also remembered by her brothers, Patrick (Kathy) and Timothy Falgout, whose lives have been deeply enriched by her presence.
As a mother and grandmother, Tracy's nurturing nature knew no bounds. She was revered for her ability to turn any moment into a memory and any lesson into laughter. Her family will forever cherish the comfort and joy she brought into their lives.
Tracy's artistic gifts were a hallmark of her vibrant personality. A talented artist with a particular passion for painting natural landscapes and folk art, her works were reflections of her inner beauty and her profound appreciation for the world around her.
