Troy Phillips

Mr. Troy Phillips, age 63, of Conyers passed away Monday, December 4, 2023.  He was born in Waleska, Georgia on June 20, 1960.  Troy’s father Michael Phillips passed away when he was young and Troy was raised by his mother Doris Spinks and her husband Bobby.  He grew up in Conyers and graduated from Heritage High School.  Troy worked for Budweiser, Food Depot as a night manager, and loved helping his sister at Southern Sweet Hams Catering.  He enjoyed fantasy football, he was a GA Tech fan, and Troy was a great conversationalist who never met a stranger and loved visiting with people.  He is survived by his brother Nathan Spinks (Derevia) of Covington; his sister Andrea Barlow (Brian) of Madison; his nieces and nephew Brittany Barlow, Erica Henderson, Erin Kelly, and Tyler Barlow; along with a host of other family and many close friends.  There are no services planned at this time.
