Uva (Tweedie) Scott

Mrs. Uva Scott, age 83, of Covington passed away January 13, 2020.  She was born in Walton, New York on August 4, 1936 to William Alexander and Pearl Mae Hadsel Tweedie who have preceded her in death.  Mrs. Scott was a hard-working woman and was a “jack of all trades” according to her daughter.  She was preceded in death by her husband Merton Scott and by two of her siblings.  Mrs. Scott is survived by her daughter Belinda Sill of Covington, her grandchildren Conner Kilmer of Conyers and Miranda Chavez of Covington, her great grandchildren Mary Chavez and Abigail Chavez, and her sister Janith Kilpatrick of Walton, New York.  No services are planned at this time.  The family has selected J.C.
