Mrs. Valerie Marie Gentry, age 54, of Moreland, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020. She was born September 28, 1965 in Sumter, South Carolina. Valerie was a loving mother who took great care of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading her Bible and spending time with friends and family. Valerie was preceded in death by her father Richard Tyson and her husband Ricky Gentry. She is survived by her children Sharina Cortes (Tele) of Texas, Richard Gentry of Fairburn, Heather Gentry of Texas, Chris Gentry of Moreland, and Aaron Gentry also of Moreland. Her 9 grandchildren, her mother Lois Tyson of Cleveland, Georgia and her brother David Tyson of Social Circle also survive her.
