Vladimir Varfolomeyev

Mr. Vladimir Varfolomeyev, age 74, of Covington, Ga passed away January 8, 2022.  He was born July 24, 1947 to Maria Varfolomeyev who has preceded him in death.  Mr. Varfolomeyev was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He was a very hard worker and loved working in the yard.  Mr. Varfolomeyev was a member of The Missionary Christian Church. Along with his mother, he is preceded his death by his siblings, Vasily Varfolomeyev and Maria Varfolomeyev.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Valentina Varfolomeyev; his children, Tony Varfolomeyev (Lisa) of Covington, Nick Varfolomeyev of San Diego , and Svetlana Varfolomeyev of Covington; grandchildren, Abbey, Audrey, Noah, and Emma; along with other family members and close friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Varfolomeyev will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 2 o’clock pm at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell & Son with Pastor Anatoliy officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 o’clock until 2 o’clock prior to service.  Interment to follow at New Covington Cemetery. 

Governor Brian Kemp has lifted the restrictions for large gatherings and other recommendations throughout Georgia.  However, we ask that you still be respectful of the family and others during this time. If you are sick, not feeling well, or have any symptoms of COVID 19, please do not attend the service or services.  If you feel the need to wear a mask, please do so.
